Conference fee (Registration, Accommodation & Transfer)
The conference registration package includes accommodation (3 nights from the 24.11 evening to 27.11 morning) and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks), and taxi service between Malargüe bus terminal and the hotel.

Full registration fee for attendees (no presentation)
Single room: US $620
Two-person sharing: US $500
Three-person sharing: US $460
Reduced fee for presenters (Title and abstract of presentation will need to be submitted with registration)
Single room: US $510
Two-person sharing: US $420
Three-person sharing: US $390
Discounted fee for young career/limited funding presenters (The applicant needs to submit a cover letter explaining the reason for applying for a discounted fee. The decision will be done at the discretion of the organization committee, and depending on funding support. Preference will be given to those who are presenting at the conference).

Two-person sharing: US $330
Three-person sharing: US $310

Neuquén Basin conference field trip fee
The field trip includes meals, accommodation (2 nights from the 27.11 evening to 29.11 morning), transport and guides. Participants are reminded that the field trip ends at San Rafael on the Friday 29.11, and the accommodation for this night is NOT organized by the conference.

Payunia pre-conference trip fee
Day-trip 24 Nov. 2019. Includes transport, lunch, entrance fee, guide, accommodation (1 night from the 23.11 evening to 24.11 morning) and diner of 23.11 evening.
